Providing academic instruction and
summer athletics at Lake Tahoe
At SVA, we combine academic credit with summer athletics at Lake Tahoe.
Students attend daily tutoring sessions to enhance their knowledge
and study skills in specific subjects or earn credit for one semester
or one full-year course.
Academic sessions take place Monday through Friday mornings.
Each afternoon, summer school students have
outdoor activities which may
include hiking and mountain biking in the Sierra Nevada, swimming
at Lake Tahoe, river rafting, rock climbing, and
more! Students attend required study hall Sunday-Thursday evenings.
For SVA Summer Program registration and more information about summer
